A: We recommend booking at least a week in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak tourist seasons.
**Q: Can I modify or cancel my reservation?**
A: Yes, modifications and cancellations can be made up to 3 days before your scheduled pickup without penalty.
**Q: Why do you require a background check?**
A: Safety is our priority. Background checks help us ensure the security of our vehicles and other customers.

**Q: What payment methods do you accept?**
A: We accept all, debit cards, and online payments.
**Q: Are there any hidden fees?**
A: No, we pride ourselves on transparent pricing. All applicable fees are clearly listed on your invoice.
**Q: Is a security deposit required?**
A: Yes, we require a refundable security deposit that will be returned after the vehicle is inspected upon return.

**Q: What documents do I need to bring for pickup?**
A: All documents would have been sent on WhatsApp
**Q: What happens if I return the car late?**
A: Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily charges as specified in your rental agreement.

A: Yes, we offer airport service. Please request this when making your reservation.

**Q: Are your vehicles insured?**
A: Yes, all our vehicles come with basic insurance coverage.
**Q: What is your fuel policy?**
A: Our vehicles are provided with a full tank, and we ask that you return them with a full tank.
**Q: Can I take the rental car to other islands?**
A: Our vehicles must remain on the island on which they are rented unless Permission is given to have the vehicle carried via the Sea Bridge ( Clients will be liable for any damages the vehicle may incur while in transit )
