Refund Policy

At Authentic Car Clinic, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. While we do our best to accommodate every situation, all sales are final, and refunds are not generally offered.

However, we understand that plans can change. A cash refund may be granted solely at the company’s discretion in special cases. If you need to request a refund, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to review your situation.

For rental bookings, cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of the scheduled pickup date will not be eligible for a refund. To ensure fairness, cash refunds may be considered only for cancellations made well in advance, but unfortunately, last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded.
